FOR GRADE I AND FIRST YEAR:
- Enrolment per year/grade level shall be done per schedule.
- Enrolment shall be first come-first served basis but no sectioning shall be announced during the enrolment period.
- Heterogeneous sectioning shall be strictly implemented such that each section shall be composed of male and female students whose academic averages range from high to low.
- The basis of academic average shall be the general average as indicated on the student’s Form 138 (Report Card).
- Class section shall be announced after the enrolment period and shall be posted on the school’s bulletin board for the student and parent’s information.
- Section identification/name shall be non-ordinal. Each year/grade level shall have different classifications.
FOR GRADES 2 to 6 and SECOND to FOURTH YEAR:
- Enrolment per year/grade level shall be done per schedule.
- Enrolment procedures shall remain the same except that each year/grade level shall have cream sections as follows;
- For the elementary level, there shall be one (1) cream section per grade level. Inclusion in the cream section shall be entirely based on the student’s academic average.
- For the secondary level, there shall be two (2) cream sections per year level. Inclusion in the cream section shall be entirely based on the student’s academic average.
- All top 10 and top 15 students shall be automatically included in the cream section per year/grade level. To complete the authorized class size of the cream section, other students with high academic averages shall be included in the cream section.
- Enrolment for the non cream sections shall be on a first come-first served basis and sectioning shall be done in few days after the enrolment.
- No student shall be included in the non cream sections having an academic average higher than any students in the cream section. However, if the student maintains a high academic average after one (1) school year, he/she will earn the right to be included in the following school year.

FOR TRANSFEREES
- Student transferees shall be admitted immediately after the scheduled enrolment period per year/grade level.
- They must have a general weighted average of 80% or higher.
- Student transferees must complete a one (1) year residency period to qualify for inclusion in the cream section.
