Principal
Mrs. Ofelia N. Santos graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) major in Social Studies from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She graduated with honors (honor mention) and valedictorian in the elementary and high school respectively. She passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) right after graduation. She pursued higher studies in Social Studies at UP Diliman but decided to enroll at Philippine Normal University for her Master of Arts in Education (MA Ed Ad). She took and passed the Comprehensive Examinations from the same university where she obtained a HIGH PASS grade. She had also passed the Civil Service Career First Grade Exam after graduation from college.
She had brought to victory BULPRISA National champion in General Information in Bacolod City. She was always invited as Quiz Master in General Information (BULPRISA). Her vast knowledge resulted in her being Academic Chairman of District IV. Her crowning glory, was her election as BULPRISA DISTRICT IV Chairman in School Years 2005-2006, 2006-2007.
She strongly believes that "Reading makes a man".

 | Mrs. Norita Asuncion G. Pantaleon
School Registrar
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree at the University of Santo Tomas. She started as a classroom teacher teaching Bookkeeping. It was at the time when students started realizing the relevance of bookkeeping course in their tertiary education. No wonder, the Academy has retained the course in its curriculum for years.
When she was appointed registrar by the Board of Trustees then, she took up her Master in Business Administration at Philippine Womens University. After completion of the academic requirements, she took and passed the Comprehensive Examinations from the same institution.
Mrs. Pantaleon is the eldest daughter of the late Atty. Armando Gungon, the Academy’s pioneer school director, and Mrs. Nora S. Gungon a former school teacher. The mental prowess of her father and the patience, perseverance and dedication to work of her-mother-teacher made Mrs. Pantaleon a role model employee. She truly exemplifies an epitome of a MODEL EMPLOYEE.

 | Ms. Yolanda C. Villanueva
Assistant Principal
She is a true blooded citizen of Sta. Maria, Bulacan having been born and raised in this town where she also finished elementary at the Sta. Maria Elementary School and Secondary at her beloved Sacred Heart Academy.
She finished Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Sto. Tomas, after which she took up education units at MLQU.
Her days as a classroom teacher started in 1981. She taught Philippine History, Asian History, World History and Economics.
She remains and will always regard herself as a teacher of Sacred Heart Academy. This is her pride, hence, her loyalty and trust is to the Academy.

 | Mrs. Nina Domingo
Librarian
Graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce (BSC) at La Consolacion College in Manila. She started working as cashier of the high school department in the early 1980’s. When the school librarian left for the United States, Mr. Carlos G. Santos Sr., as Chairman of the Board of Trustees by the virtue of his power of appointment gave her the position.
She has continually enhanced her skills as a librarian through seminars and symposia.
She has always that convivial smile that welcomes our pupils and students when they go up to the library.
She always makes it a point to make the library a place for reading.

 | Mrs. Mercedita Z. De Jesus
Guidance Counselor
Mrs. Mercedita Z. de Jesus is an AB Psychology graduate of Philippine Nomal College where she also earned her MA Units in Guidance and Counseling.
She has served the Academy for twenty six years already, She was a classroom teacher in the Elementary Department where she taught English for fifteen years. Since June 1999, she has been the Guidance Counselor where main task is to provide help for the entire studentry. |
 | Mrs. Consuelo P. Enriquez
Asst. Librarian
She started as a classroom teacher in the Academy handling Civics and Culture at the elementary department. The yearly increase in the enrollment led to her being appointed as assistant librarian.
She earned her BSE (Bachelor of Science in Education) degree, major in Social Science at NTC (National Teachers College) with Library Science as minor.
Various seminars related to her work added to her expertise.

Cashier
She studied at the University of the East Manila where she finished the degree on Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accountancy.
She has handled her present position as a cashier since July, 2000. She is responsible for receiving the tuition fees of all the students both elementary and secondary levels. She is also tasked to inform the parents of those students with delayed payments.

 | Gorgonia G. Salazar M.D; M.S.
School Phycisian
She graduated from M. Sapa Elementary School and is an alumna of Sacred Heart Academy Batch 1966. In 1972, she finished her B.S. Pre- Med Course at the University of the East (Manila). She continued her Pre-Med course at Southwestern University College of Medicine and obtained the degree of M.D. (Doctor of Medicine.)
She pursued her masteral degree of Master of Science, Major in Diabetology at the University of the East Medical Center (UERMMC). She defended and passed her M.A. thesis paper. She has been the school physician of the Academy from 1981.

 | Mirasol C. Sandel, DDM
School Dentist
It was from Far Eastern University (FEU) where she attained her degree in Medical Technology (Med-Tech) and pursued dentistry at Centro Escolar University (CEU) Manila where she earned her degree, Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM). She passed the Dental Licensure Examination 1992 with License No. 031819.
To further enhance her dexterity , she attended post graduate seminar in orthodontics and oral surgery.
She has been the school dentist from School Year 2006-2007.

 | Mr. Pablo J. Geliberte
Clerk/Property Custodian
He is a secretarial graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. He had taken academic units in Bachelor of Science in Commerce at Meycauayan College.
For twenty five years, he has served the Academy as an Office Clerk and Property Custodian.
He is responsible for taking care of all the school records. All the teaching materials, sports equipment, cleaning tools are distributed by him. |
